Above All Pressure Cleaning of Selden

Above All Pressure Cleaning of Selden is a pressure washing company in Selden, NY. The company handles both residential and commercial exterior cleaning, with services that include roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning and brightening, window washing, house washing, paving stone cleaning, sanding and sealing, concrete cleaning, rust and calcium removal, carpet cleaning, and vent cleaning. For commercial clients it provides power washing, facade cleaning, graffiti removal, and fleet washing, and it works with property managers, facility directors, engineers, and homeowners. It holds a rating of 4.90.

The company uses a soft wash technique for delicate surfaces such as vinyl siding and asphalt shingles, applying cleaning solutions that break down algae, moss, and the black streaks known as Gloeocapsa Magma at the molecular level, then rinsing at low pressure to protect the structure of the home. It uses biodegradable surfactants and follows a pre-wet and post-rinse protocol for nearby vegetation. For Long Island's climate, it recommends professional gutter clearing twice a year, in spring and late fall, and roof treatment every two to three years to keep moss and lichen from taking root. Specialty work covers rust, efflorescence, battery acid, and oxidation removal on concrete, pavers, stone, brick, and siding.

Above All Pressure Cleaning is a family-owned business and a member of the Power Washers of North America, which sets standards for professional exterior cleaning. It offers residential and commercial membership programs with priority scheduling and routine maintenance, and provides 24/7 flexible scheduling for commercial clients so work such as parking garage degreasing or facade cleaning can be done overnight or on weekends. It serves Suffolk and Nassau counties.

The business is located on Morris Ave in Selden, NY.
