CareClub wellness plans are available, and a free first exam offer is advertised through the hospital. The hospital holds a rating of 4.40 based on customer reviews.

The hospital's advanced care services go beyond a general veterinary visit and include specialized surgeries, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, and various therapies. Digital radiology uses film-less x-rays captured by a digital image recorder, which shortens imaging time, eliminates processing chemicals, and reduces radiation exposure for both pets and staff; images can be enhanced, magnified, copied to disk, or sent to a specialist electronically. Ultrasound examinations are offered as a non-invasive way to evaluate abdominal organs, reproductive organs, eyes, and the heart, and are well tolerated by most pets. For cats with hyperthyroidism, radioactive iodine therapy is provided as a treatment that addresses the overproduction of thyroid hormone at its source.

The hospital sits on Sunrise Highway, about 0.2 miles from Johnson Avenue and roughly 0.4 miles from Sayville Middle School, with Browns River West Branch around half a mile away and a park called Swings within three quarters of a mile. Sunrise Highway itself runs directly past the property.

A long-standing primary care practice for household pets on the south shore of Long Island, Sayville Animal Hospital serves Sayville and the surrounding communities with both everyday wellness and more advanced medical care for cats, dogs, and rabbits.
