Capital Region Pressure Washing LLC is a pressure washing company in Saratoga Springs, NY. The company cleans homes, commercial properties, roofs, decks, and more, serving residential and commercial clients throughout Saratoga and Albany Counties, including Clifton Park, Malta, Ballston Lake, Albany, Ballston Spa, Latham, Colonie, and Schenectady. It holds a rating of 5.00 based on customer reviews. Founded in 2019 by Nick and Joelle Sweet, the business began after a casual conversation over ice cream sundaes in Nashville and launched with its first residential job. Nick and Joelle work in law enforcement and education, respectively, and hold themselves to a high standard as public service professionals. The company upgraded to a commercial setup in 2020 and now operates with a full team of technicians and two full-sized commercial trailers, serving properties from spring to the end of fall. Services include house pressure washing of siding (aluminum, vinyl, and wood), soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and a hot water window rinse, plus optional soft roof washing, deck cleaning, fence cleaning, interior and exterior window washing, and concrete or patio cleaning. The company also partners with trusted contractors to provide painting, staining, and paver or concrete sealing services. For roof cleaning, it uses a 75/25 solution mix for soft wash, compared to the typical 50/50 mix, and has not had a single callback since making the switch. Deck cleaning uses 250-degree hot water with pre-treatment and post-treatment. Window washing uses the Pure Water Window Cleaning System with a water-fed pole for exterior jobs and a soap-and-squeegee method for interiors, with frames and tracks wiped down. The business is located at 25 Chateau Dr in Saratoga Springs. The company is owned and operated by members of the law enforcement and education communities, holds itself to high standards of integrity, and takes pride in its work. It is fully licensed and insured, and it warranties all of its pressure washing services.
