Storybook Experiences

Storybook Experiences is a photographer in Rockville Centre, NY, owned by Gregory and Kristen Pitre, who have built a themed portrait studio called Storybook Studios. They design immersive fairy tale environments for children and families, offering sessions including Santa Experience, Easter Egg-pierence, Cake Smash, Newborn, Making Memories with Mama, Communion Portraits, Family Beach Mini-Sessions, and Park Family Sessions. The studio serves families across the state, with sessions conducted by appointment so the photographers can devote their full attention to each booking. They also run a VIP Program and a print deals offering. The business holds a rating of 4.80.

The Pitres describe the studio as a place where families step into a world where creativity, imagination, and classic fairy tale themes come to life. Walls decorated for both adults and children create a setting where older guests can reconnect with the stories of their own childhoods while younger guests meet favorite characters face to face. The photographers aim to capture children in their natural state of wonder, producing imagery the Pitre family calls beautiful and timeless. The concept has drawn thousands of families from across the region, and the business has been featured on television as "As Seen On TV." A second location operates at 475 Montauk Highway in West Islip under the same Storybook Experiences name, and appointments or inquiries are taken by phone and email.

The studio sits at 83-85 Rockaway Ave, near Lincoln Avenue about two-tenths of a mile east, and Merrick Road roughly four-tenths of a mile south. The Rockville Centre Post Office and Hose Co 1 fire station are both within about half a mile, and the Rockville Centre Senior Center is a short walk to the northwest.
