Most calls are answered by live operators, and the company's trucks carry GPS so the technician closest to a customer can be dispatched. Technicians arrive with stocked inventories, and parts can be couriered to them within two hours at no additional cost. Landlords can pay over the phone by debit or credit card without being present, and advance appointments can be scheduled by email with a preferred day and time. A referral program is also available, and the team speaks Spanish.

The business is located at 91-45 84th St in Woodhaven, and its hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.

Customers describe the service as reliable and honest, with one reviewer noting that Pablo called back within five minutes, arrived within the first half hour of a two-hour window, came prepared with the parts needed, explained each possible issue and its cost, and completed the refrigerator repair in about an hour. The same reviewer pointed out that the least expensive repair option was the one required and that the charges were not inflated. That combination of responsiveness, preparation and straightforward pricing is what appliance repair in Queens calls for, and it is what this Woodhaven shop has built its reputation on.
