Andrew Colaruotolo was born in Gaeta, Italy, where he learned winemaking from his grandmother. Casa Larga became New York’s 21st licensed winery, marking the start of commercial production. Andrew passed away in 2004, followed by his wife Ann in 2020. Their legacy continues through their children: John, Director of Winemaking; Mary Jo, Director of Accounting and IT; and Andrea, Director of Marketing.

Bella Vista, meaning “Beautiful View,” hosts up to 300 guests with floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and a wraparound deck overlooking the vineyard.
