Gikas Roofing

Gikas Roofing is a roofing contractor in Pearl River, NY, serving homeowners across Rockland and Westchester County and into Northern New Jersey. The company installs asphalt shingle, metal, synthetic slate, synthetic cedar shake, and synthetic Spanish tile roofing, along with flat and commercial roofing systems, gutter systems, soffit and fascia, and storm restoration. It holds a rating of 4.90 from the customers who have reviewed it.

Gikas Roofing has worked in the region for over 40 years, beginning in 1982 as a small family trade in Montclair, NJ. Paul Mihalis and Riley Topper are the owners, and the company states its guiding values as doing what is right, never cutting corners, and treating every roof as its own. The company is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, a status it notes is held by less than one percent of roofing contractors nationally, and it installs Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and Brava products. It is also a Brava-Certified Installer for synthetic slate and synthetic cedar shake. Asphalt shingle installations are backed by Owens Corning warranties and can provide 25 or more years of protection, while metal roofing systems are engineered to last 50 or more years. The company offers flexible financing and a free estimate process, and it is the main sponsor of Pearl River High School's basketball team.

Gikas Roofing is located on E Dexter Plaza, a short walk from the Pearl River train station and about a tenth of a mile from the Pearl River Post Office. South Pearl Street and North Pearl Street are each roughly a tenth of a mile away, and Saint Margaret's School and Franklin Avenue Elementary School sit about three tenths of a mile from the office.

For four decades of roofing work in Rockland and Westchester County, Gikas Roofing pairs manufacturer-backed installations with a long local record.
