Clearview Fireplace & Patio

Clearview Fireplace & Patio is a pool service and hearth retailer in Oswego, NY, serving Central New York since 1993. The locally owned and operated business supplies pools, spas, stoves, fireplaces, awnings, and saunas to homeowners across the region, with this Oswego location joined historically by a Syracuse store. Offerings cover pool openings and maintenance, including Maytronics Dolphin automatic cleaners, BioGuard chemicals, and free in-store water testing, alongside high-efficiency wood-burning stoves, gas fireplaces and inserts, pellet and corn stoves by Quadrafire, and Sundance hot tubs. Many Quadrafire units carry a limited lifetime warranty. The business holds a 4.20 rating based on customer reviews.

The company began as Water World Pool & Stove, started in the family garage, and grew into Clearview Pool & Stove in June 1993 on Middle Rd in Oswego before relocating to a larger space on Route 104. A second store later opened on Route 13 in Pulaski and has since closed; the Oswego store remains the central location and continues to support products sold across both stores. Saunas offered include S-Series infrared models and Finnleo traditional wood-lined rooms with EvenHeat technology and CarbonFlex panels. Awnings carry the Sunesta and SunSetter brands. Pool services extend through the season, with early May typically marked as the time to open a pool for spring. The Oswego store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 6:00, Saturday from 9:00 to 4:00, and closed Sunday and on Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Extended weekday hours begin in mid-May, with Memorial Day hours of 9:00 to 2:00.

The store sits on NY 104, about 0.6 miles from State Route 104, roughly 1.1 miles from Wine Creek and Tamarack Golf Club, about 1.2 miles from Oswego Christian School, around 1.3 miles from the Oswego County Emergency Response Training Center, and approximately 1.4 miles from Scriba Volunteer Fire Corporation.
