Gengo, D.D.S., a board-certified endodontist, and includes two board-eligible endodontists, Dr. Ariyan Ravangard and Dr. Casey Giarrano. Together they provide specialty root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, endodontic surgery, and treatment for cracked teeth, serving adults, children, patients with dental anxiety, and patients with special needs. Dr. Gengo grew up in Amherst as a Buffalo native and remains in the area, now living in Orchard Park with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he received the American Association of Endodontics Award and the Edwin C. Jauch Award, and completed his endodontics residency at the same school. Dr. Ravangard was raised in Utica, earned her DDS from the University at Buffalo in 2014, completed a General Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, and returned to Buffalo in 2015. Dr. Giarrano, a Canandaigua native, graduated with Honors in Clinical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2019, was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, and received the Thomas J. Feidt Award during her AEGD residency. The office runs on a fully digital, paperless system and uses both digital 2-D and 3-D CBCT imaging. Office hours run Monday through Thursday, with Friday closed.

The practice sits on Legion Drive at the corner of Camp Road, about 0.2 miles from the Hamburg Central School District and Hamburg Middle School, and roughly half a mile from Linhardt Park and Highland Ave Grove Tree Park.

Three board-certified or board-eligible endodontists working out of a single Hamburg practice on Legion Drive is a depth of specialty training that most patients in the Buffalo suburbs would otherwise have to travel to find.
