KS Detailing Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection of Floral Park

KS Detailing Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection of Floral Park is a car detailing business in Floral Park, NY. The shop installs ceramic coatings and paint protection film and performs paint correction, with Tesla ceramic coating and Tesla paint protection film among its listed services. Detailing work ranges from maintenance full service details and hand car washes to clay bar treatment, Iron-X decontamination, multi-step paint correction, refinement polishing, interior cleaning and interior deep shampoo. The facility serves residents of Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau County and Suffolk County. It holds a rating of 4.90 from more than 300 reviews.

The business is owned by Kevin S., who began detailing cars as a hobby during college, cleaning cars with friends ahead of auto shows. He started a part-time detailing business in 2012 while working full time in real estate, moved into detailing full time in 2014, and spent several years as head detailer of a CarPro approved detailing shop specializing in high end paint corrections and CQuartz ceramic coating installations before opening his own auto detailing business in 2016. The stated goal was to bring high end detailing to the New York Tri-state region along with personal customer service and education about proper car care.

The shop works with products from CarPro, CQuartz, STEK, Meguiars, Microfiber Madness and Optimum, and its ceramic coating installations are described as providing upwards of two years of paint protection, with durability and longevity measured in years rather than the months typical of waxes and sealants. Coatings are offered with up to 10 years of durability and protection and a no-nonsense warranty with full coverage. The owner is certified in ceramic coating and paint protection film and continues to attend in-person hands-on training courses. Every vehicle, whether a daily driver or a garage queen, receives the same products, tools, techniques and attention to detail, from an entry level basic wash to a level 4 paint correction package. Appointments are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

The shop sits on Jericho Turnpike, a short walk from Saint Hedwigs School and about a tenth of a mile from Comprehensive Eye MD. Quest Diagnostics is roughly two tenths of a mile away, and the Floral Park Recreation Center and Floral Park Fire Department Station 2 are each about three tenths of a mile from the address.

With a 4.90 rating across more than 300 reviews and more than a decade of professional detailing and paint correction experience, KS Detailing brings ceramic coating and paint protection film work to Floral Park and the surrounding Long Island and Queens communities.
