Mayer Search LLC

Mayer Search LLC is a staffing agency in East Hampton, NY, specializing in executive recruiting for the financial services and pharmaceutical sectors. The firm recruits candidates for boutique, middle-market, and large financial firms, with a record of placing senior bankers, portfolio managers, and relationship managers across areas including credit derivatives, emerging markets, private banking, energy investment banking, and business banking.

Founded in 1986, Mayer Search works with corporate clients through what it calls a Container Search model, a recruitment format that pairs a cost-saving structure with the responsiveness of a retained search. The firm's research-based recruiting relies on proprietary methods to identify candidates from a broad, often hard-to-reach pool, and it offers bundled and unbundled services covering executive research, organizational mapping, competitive intelligence, and full-cycle recruiting. Past searches handled by the firm have included roles such as Global Head of Credit Derivatives, Regional MD of Private Banking, MD of Emerging Markets Global Sales and Trading, MD of Global Transaction Services in the U.K., Private Banking Regional MD, Investment Bankers in the energy and MLP sector, and Relationship Managers in business banking. The firm's financial services clients have included top-tier private and commercial banks, investment banks, investment management companies, and mortgage banks, and the firm has emphasized delivery of diverse candidate slates for over a decade.

The office sits on Talmage Farm Lane, roughly 0.4 miles from Hog Creek Road, about six tenths of a mile from the Springs Fire Department, and within a mile of Springs Park, Springs Fireplace Road, and the Pollock-Krasner House.
