Kelkenberg Homes listens to the home buyer's needs and offers multiple options and multiple designs for a dream home. The company lives by the philosophy that a good home needs to start with a sound and well-built structure, meeting all local and State construction building codes. As a small builder, it is able to provide a more personal experience on every home. Custom, in the company's sense, means the home buyer's personal style and living needs are met through plan design and construction material choices.

The builder also maintains a collection of its most popular home plans, including the Brownstone, a ranch plan, and the Greystone, a ranch with a lower level walkout. Plans are adjusted to meet each family's needs, wants and desires. Kelkenberg Homes also lists building lots for sale in the area, including properties in Akron and Clarence, some served by public water, electric, natural gas and sewer, and located within the Akron and Clarence school districts.

The office is on Main Street in Clarence, about a third of a mile from Clarence Fire District No. 1 and half a mile from the Clarence Lions monument and Main Street itself. The Town of Clarence War Memorial and the Town of Clarence Parks Department are each about six tenths of a mile away, as is West Hill.

For families in Clarence and across Western New York who want to take an active role in seeing their home become reality, Kelkenberg Homes brings four decades of family building experience to the design and construction of a custom home.
