The obedience training program utilizes the CRC (Command, Reprimand, Command) procedure combined with praise and positive motivation. Training sessions are conducted in the client's home, typically consisting of five weekly sessions that last approximately one hour each. While most training occurs outside on a leash, the goal is for dogs to perform skills like heeling, automatic sitting, staying, lying down, and coming with distance and distractions while inside and off leash. The trainer works with various temperaments, including dominant, fearful, hyperactive, or lethargic dogs, to build confidence and establish rules. Clients are asked to practice for thirty minutes daily to reinforce lessons. Upon completion, graduates participate in a ceremony involving a diploma and a surprise.

The business is known for its strong reputation, reflected in its perfect 5.00 rating from customers who have reviewed its services.
