The food is gently cooked by hand on Long Island since 2018, a process that preserves nutrients destroyed by high-heat processing. Recipes include ingredients like turkey, beef, lamb, and pork paired with sweet potato, pumpkin, brown rice, green beans, carrots, eggs, chicken stock, coconut oil, and flaxseed oil. The company started because one bulldog needed better food. Owners report better digestion, firmer stools, healthier skin, and a shinier coat. The staff are described as kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

Every recipe includes a supplement blend and is formulated to be a complete, balanced diet. Customers can use a feeding calculator to estimate amounts based on their dog's weight. Orders are ready for free pickup within 24 hours or delivered across Long Island. The store is open Sunday from 10:00 to 3:00 and Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 6:00, with Mondays closed.
