It operates as a local, family-run delivery team serving homeowners, interior designers, and luxury furniture retailers. The company provides professional moving and delivery services, including secure warehouse storage, on-time scheduled deliveries, and furniture placement. Exceptional holds a rating of 4.90 based on 127 reviews.

The team utilizes 16-foot trucks, 10-foot cargo vans, or 14-foot low clearance trailers to navigate tight spaces in Santa Fe, avoiding the need for larger vehicles. Rates are transparent and charged by the hour, with time measured in 15-minute increments starting from the moment the team arrives at the customer’s home. The service includes furniture blankets, shrink wraps, dollies, and all necessary tools for safe loading and unloading. The company does not provide estimates, allowing customers to book the time they need. There are no hidden charges for insurance, truck fees, or fuel.

For jobs outside city limits, such as deliveries to Las Campanas, Tesuque, Eldorado, Los Alamos, or Taos, a drive-to charge is added based on travel time from the Siler Road warehouse. For example, a trip to Eldorado adds a 15-minute drive charge, while Los Alamos adds 45 minutes. Travel time back to the warehouse is also accounted for in long-distance jobs. Customers can modify or cancel services up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival without penalty; cancellations within that window incur the service minimum. A credit card is required to schedule any service.

Exceptional is recognized for its strong local reputation and established track record, reflected in consistently high customer ratings and a large base of 127 reviews. This volume of feedback highlights the reliability and personal care provided by the Santa Fe-based team.
