Its re-roofing process begins with a complete inspection of the existing roof, followed by tear-off and demolition when required; under Albuquerque codes a home may carry as many as two complete roofs, and a full re-roofing typically takes about one to four days. Metal roofing is offered in light and dark colors that reflect heat in summer and insulate in winter, and most metal roofing carries a manufacturer warranty plus a workmanship warranty from the company. Semi-annual inspections are recommended to identify and solve problems as they occur. The business sits on Broadway Blvd SE, about a tenth of a mile from Bernalillo County Public Works and roughly a third of a mile from both Jack Candelaria Community Center and Gibson Boulevard Southeast. East San Jose Elementary School and South San Jose Park are each about four tenths of a mile away. Sundance Roofing has built a solid reputation among the customers it has served, with a steady record of repeat and referred customers.
