Abq-IT

Abq-IT is an IT support provider in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The company serves small and medium-sized businesses with IT consulting, managed IT solutions, and AI services, and also handles one-time and emergency needs such as a down server, a network that is not communicating, or files that need recovering. Its support work covers networking, backup and recovery, servers, storage, cabling, and telecom, and it holds a rating of 4.70.

The company's AI services include document intelligence that pulls data from PDFs, scans, invoices, contracts, and engineering drawings; voice AI and phone agents that qualify leads, book appointments, and answer questions around the clock; workflow automation connecting CRM, email, spreadsheets, and databases; private internal knowledge assistants trained on a client's own documents and procedures; and custom desktop and web applications built around a specific workflow. Managed IT clients receive ongoing preventative care: software kept current, hardware replaced on a regular schedule, and managed firewall protection updated with the latest threat detection. Every engagement begins with a complimentary consultation so the team understands a business before making recommendations.

Abq-IT was founded in 2016 by the same team behind Albuquerque Computer & Electronics Recycling Co., which was established in 2008. Greg Mullen, who co-founded both companies, serves as President, and Samuel Laing, who joined the recycling company in 2013 and helped co-found Abq-IT, is Vice President and the team's specialist in cabling and hardware.

The office sits on Hawkins St NE in northeast Albuquerque, about a quarter mile from South Pino Arroyo and roughly half a mile from Bernardo Trails Park. Osuna Road Northeast runs about six tenths of a mile away.

Customers consistently note the team's responsiveness and technical knowledge, and reviewers describe smooth installations and help through network and computer failures. The company's stated mission is to bring enterprise-level IT capability to small and medium-sized organizations that most providers overlook.
