WOOF Day Care & Boarding

WOOF Day Care & Boarding is a pet boarding facility in West Deptford, NJ. The facility provides doggy day care, overnight boarding, and individual boarding for dogs whose owners are traveling, working long hours, or simply want their pets to have company and exercise during the day. It holds a rating of 4.80 based on customer reviews.

The property is set up as a park-like campus with both indoor and outdoor play areas. Three large outdoor play yards offer a mix of natural grass, artificial turf, shaded spots, and open room to run, and there is an additional 11,000 square foot activity area used for special occasions and extra play. When the weather does not cooperate, dogs move indoors to cage-free play rooms with cushioned, rubber flooring chosen for traction and shock absorption during jumping and wrestling. Overnight guests stay in individual doggy dens outfitted with raised cots and bedding, with soothing background music, climate control, and overnight monitoring. Each dog receives a frozen peanut butter KONG at bedtime.

The boarding program runs alongside the day care, and dogs in day care spend their evenings in the same cozy dens. Day care focuses on exercise, socialization, and supervised group play, with a trained attendant present with each play group at all times. Both full-service grooming and basic exit baths are offered so dogs go home clean. The facility uses an Aqua Air cleaning system to maintain hygiene, and WOOF CAMS in each play area let owners watch their dogs from a computer or smart phone.

The facility requires that all dogs be over four months old, spayed or neutered by seven months, up to date on rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines, free of fleas and ticks, and social with other dogs and people. A free half-day trial is required before a dog can be admitted as a guest.
