Budd Pools & Spas

Budd Pools & Spas is a pool service in West Deptford, NJ. The company designs, builds, and maintains custom outdoor living spaces centered on water, serving Philadelphia and New Jersey. Its work covers vinyl liner pools, shotcrete (gunite) pools, spas and hot tubs, plunge pools, fountains, reflecting pools, and ponds, with every project built to order. The company holds a rating of 3.90.

Budd Pools & Spas traces its history to 1958, when Herb Budd founded the business and joined the National Spa and Pool Institute, eventually serving as a National Director. Randy Budd began working there at age 12 in 1969 and officially took charge in 1982, having already managed the business for several years. Between 1983 and 1996 he expanded the company's offerings, upgraded the Deptford store, grew inventory, and added spas and hot tubs. In 1997 he developed a professional service team to provide complete pool maintenance, and brought his son-in-law, Chris Volk, into the business. Three generations of pool builders - Herb and Phyllis Budd, Randy Budd, and Chris Volk - stand behind the company today.

The business sits on Cooper St in West Deptford, a short distance from Delsea Drive and about 0.1 miles from the Deptford Fire Department. The Deptford Township Municipal Building and the Central Early Childhood Center School are each roughly 0.3 miles away, and the New Jersey Turnpike is about 0.4 miles from the location.

With 65 years of continuous operation and three generations of family leadership, Budd Pools & Spas brings decades of design and build experience to pool and spa projects across West Deptford and the surrounding South Jersey and Philadelphia area.
