HHDesigners of Toms River

HHDesigners of Toms River is an architect and commercial interior design studio in Toms River, NJ. The studio works across seven sectors: healthcare, residential, multifamily, hospitality, workplace, retail, and community projects, the last including shuls, Chabad houses, and mosdos. Its portfolio spans 356 completed projects across 21 states and worldwide, with 60 million square feet designed. The studio holds a 5.00 rating from its reviewers.

The studio's team numbers more than 30 designers and software experts. Heshy serves as CEO, Principal Designer, and Chief Visionary, and his portfolio includes one-million-square-foot office parks, five-star hotels, 4,000-home residential developments, healthcare complexes, and entertainment venues across the U.S. and abroad. Named projects include Walnut Tower, a center-city Philadelphia tower designed to pre-sell from the rendering; a two-floor, 10,000-square-foot healthcare office in Brooklyn; and Chabad of France, an international commission balancing tradition, halachic requirements, and contemporary craft. The studio follows four phases: Envision, covering goals, constraints, budget, and the brief; Plan, covering space planning, code review, phasing, and feasibility; Design, covering interiors, FF&E, branding, and visualization; and a final phase. Clients approve from renderings that look like photographs, and the studio works backward from occupancy targets and profit margins.

The studio sits on Lakewood Road, about 0.2 miles from the Lakewood Road highway corridor. Insectropolis museum is roughly 0.4 miles away, as is the Eagle Trace neighborhood, with Hamptons at North Dover about half a mile off. Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Center and Joseph A Citta Elementary School are each about 0.7 miles from the studio.

HHDesigners of Toms River is known for a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, and its healthcare, hospitality, and community work carries that reputation across Toms River and well beyond it.
