Customers write about scheduling by phone, staying informed by text, and having the work done at home. One review describes factory-matching glass ordered and installed on site, with the broken glass vacuumed out of the trunk afterward. Another describes a windshield replacement on a 2016 Mercedes Benz C300 after a dealership quote, with the owner returning the call immediately and arriving on time. Reviews repeatedly name Rick as the person who does the work, describing him as punctual, organized, and clear about the options available for a windshield.

The business is based on Glenn St in Tinton Falls.

Its rating reflects customers who describe clean installations, fair pricing, and a mobile service that saves them a trip. For drivers across Monmouth and Ocean counties dealing with cracked or broken auto glass, that record is the business's strongest recommendation.
