Xceed Technologies Inc

Xceed Technologies Inc is an IT support and software company in Metuchen, New Jersey. The firm develops an HRMS software application and offers three core services: project management, customisation, and data migration. Its project management work covers the full implementation cycle, monitoring progress against schedule and budget to prevent deviations. Customisation work adapts the application to the specific requirements of each organisation, including integration with third-party platforms. Migration services consolidate data from multiple systems into a single point of access so reports can be generated for analysis and decision-making. The company serves organisations looking to automate HR and related workflows, and it holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews.

The company structures its engagement as a four-stage process beginning with critical analysis of the organisation's needs, followed by the design and development of bespoke solutions, the delivery of those services through its applications, and ongoing customer support. The platform itself addresses several operational areas, including employee self-service, employee onboarding, performance management, and payroll management. The application is built to provide reliable functionality and transparent data, and the team works with each client to tailor the tool to that business's particular requirements, drawing on detailed knowledge of how the software functions internally. Reports generated through the system can be repurposed into different formats depending on the situation, and customisation can extend to HR analytics so that insights drive organisational decision-making.

The office sits on Bridge Street, about a quarter mile from New Durham Road and Hampton Park and roughly a third of a mile from Lincoln Highway, with the Metuchen Sports Center and Kentnor Street Park also nearby. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the company can be reached at [email protected] or by phone at (732) 769-8901.

With a perfect customer rating and a suite of customisable digital tools aimed at automating and restructuring organisational workflows, Xceed Technologies Inc offers Metuchen-area businesses a focused resource for HRMS software and related IT support.
