The service operates without cages, placing dogs in the homes of vetted hosts who have pet-safe environments and fenced-in yards. Hosts are selected for their experience and are typically retired or work from home. The business requires a pre-stay meet and greet to assess the dog’s personality and needs. It limits the number of dogs per host and matches pets with appropriate providers to ensure safety and comfort. The business does not accept aggressive breeds.

Rates for overnight stays range from 44.00 to 49.00 depending on location, and daycare is priced between 39.00 and 44.00. These all-inclusive fees cover feeding, administering necessary medications, and 24/7 company and supervision. The business aims to assign the same provider for subsequent visits when possible. The founder started the network after a negative experience with a traditional kennel, creating a system where dogs receive personalized attention in a home setting rather than a facility.

The business is recognized for its cage-free approach and personalized care. It serves a wide area of South Jersey with a network of dedicated hosts.
