USA Koi

USA Koi is a pet store in Glassboro, NJ, located at 463 Fish Pond Rd. It holds a 4.90 rating based on customer reviews.

The store specializes in koi pond supplies, filtration systems, high-performance pumps, and UV replacement parts. Its inventory includes Webb's BioClean F3, a biological filter media engineered to create an ideal environment for beneficial bacteria to grow. This media converts harmful ammonia from fish waste into safer nitrates while its multi-hole design maximizes surface area for bacterial colonization. The business offers Aqua Meds medications, including Terminate, a treatment for salt-resistant parasites like costia and trichodina that uses malachite green chloride and formalin. It is effective at water temperatures as low as 50 degrees Fahrenheit and requires a three-day treatment period. Aqua Prazi, a pure praziquantel solution, targets flukes and internal tapeworms in koi and goldfish without disrupting the pond filter. KoiRx De-Tox Plus serves as a water conditioner that removes ammonia, chlorine, and chloramines, promoting the production of fish slime coats and adding essential electrolytes. Aqua MedZyme contains 760 million beneficial bacteria per ml to reduce deadly water-borne bacteria such as Aeromonas and Pseudomonas. Pond Support provides beneficial bacteria and carbonates to improve filter performance and stabilize pH. DeChlor & More removes toxic ammonia and protects fish from harsh chemicals in tap water.

USA Koi serves pond owners through daily online orders and seasonal walk-in traffic. During the September transition, the store is closed on Sundays and operates with specific weekend hours. The final walk-in weekend is September 18-19, followed by closures for the NJ Koi & Goldfish Show from September 25 to 27. Walk-in hours in September are Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
