Nicks Floor Covering Inc

Nicks Floor Covering Inc is a flooring contractor in Florham Park, New Jersey. The company sells and installs hardwood, carpet, luxury vinyl, laminate, and tile, and also refinishes wood floors. Its services include installation, in-home estimates, commercial flooring, and design consultation, and it carries window treatments as well, including Hunter Douglas, Graber, and Springs Window Fashions blinds. The owner, Nick, meets with every customer at their home to put together a complete estimate of their flooring needs. The store serves Madison and the surrounding communities, and holds a rating of 4.90.

The business is family-oriented and family-owned, and its selection of wood flooring is among the most extensive in the area. Because the store sits in a small town rather than on a highway, staff have more time to spend with each customer. The company will not sell a product that will not work in a customer's environment, and it credits word of mouth and repeat customers for its growth. Nick Gaudioso began as a flooring installer in a summer job, moved into full-time installation work, and opened his first retail flooring store in 1989. He has kept ties to his hometown of Morris Plains, and the business now operates in Madison alongside its sister company, Rose City Hardwood Floors. Carpet lines include Shaw, Mohawk, Lexmark, Milliken, Masland, Dream Weaver, and Dixie Home, along with commercial broadloom and carpet tile. The company has over 33 years of experience in Madison.

It sits on Lincoln Place, about half a mile from Holy Family School and roughly three-quarters of a mile from Spring Garden Brook and Briarwood Elementary School. Ridgedale Avenue, Fish's Brook, and Stobaeus Park are each about eight-tenths of a mile away.

Nick's Floor Covering has earned a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the reputation for quality workmanship, fair prices, and honest business ethics that Nick Gaudioso has built over more than three decades in the flooring trade. For homeowners and businesses around Florham Park weighing hardwood, carpet, vinyl, laminate, or tile, that long local record is the draw.
