Gift of Dance Studios

Gift of Dance Studios is a dance studio in Englewood, NJ, serving adults who want to learn Latin and social dancing. The studio offers group classes, private lessons, wedding dance preparation, beginner bootcamps, and monthly social dance parties that start with a beginner lesson. Students can learn salsa, merengue, and bachata at levels ranging from first-time beginners to a Salsa Club focused on turns, dips, and tricks, with transition classes designed to move dancers up to the next level. Gift of Dance Studios holds a 5.00 rating based on reviews from its students. The studio is run by Sasha Nagorny, a lifelong dancer and performer who trained with world-renowned Ballroom studios before traveling to South America, where she developed a love of social dancing, especially the popular Latin styles. She now runs her own social dance school for adults, teaching people to dance for fun and connection rather than competition. The school teaches real social dancing in an environment where everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience, skill, or age. The studio operates at ZINEniac Learning Studio on Degraw Avenue, with hours Monday through Friday from 1 to 10 PM. Monthly social dance parties give students a chance to practice what they have learned alongside other dancers at a similar stage, and a Wednesday beginner lesson opens each party. Students have left Gift of Dance Studios a perfect 5.00 rating, reflecting the experience that Sasha's students have in her classes and at the social dance parties. Sasha Nagorny brings years of training, performing, and teaching across Ballroom, Latin, and social dance styles to adults learning to dance in Englewood and the surrounding New Jersey area.
