End-of-life care is available to provide quality of life for pets with terminal conditions, supporting both the animal and the owner during difficult decisions.

The approach to nutrition is central to the practice, utilizing Chinese food therapy principles to classify foods as cooling, warming, moving, or blood-nourishing based on the individual animal's needs. The team can formulate home-prepared diets or select commercial fresh food options that align with these principles. Homeopathy is used to treat both acute and chronic conditions, relying on the owner's observation of the pet's behavior and environment to select remedies. This modalities is particularly useful for patients who experience stress during handling, as it allows for a less invasive treatment path. The practice treats pets as valued family members, aiming to address physical and emotional health to offer a complete picture of well-being.
