The washing process utilizes Neoglide washers, custom non-acidic formulas, and high-intensity dryers to clean the exterior safely. For interior maintenance, the facility offers DIY Cleaning Terminals equipped with anti-scratch towels, multi-nozzle vacuums, and automated mat cleaners. Customers can choose from three membership tiers: Standard, Signature, and Select. The Standard plan includes a wheel cleaner and basic wash. The Select plan adds tire shine, underbody rinse, and rain repellent. The Signature tier expands on these features with Spark Ceramic, Spark Hot Wax, Spark Lava Bath, and a rust inhibitor. Spark Ceramic provides a mirror-like shine and shields against UV rays, bugs, and tree sap. Spark Lava Bath is a thick, deep-cleaning foam that coats the entire car. Spark Hot Wax is fortified with real Brazilian carnauba wax. The rust inhibitor is applied to the underside of the vehicle to help prevent corrosion, while the rain repellent acts as a paint protectant that causes water to bead and fall off. The underbody rinse removes road grime, dirt, and salt from underneath the car. Customers can add up to four cars to a membership for a discount on each additional vehicle.

The business emphasizes sustainability by reclaiming, filtering, and reusing water after every wash, creating a closed water cycle that reduces the drain on natural resources. Spark Neighborhood is a community program that connects local employees with nearby towns, offering support for schools, teams, clubs, and non-profits through fundraising, event participation, donations, and sponsorships. The team describes itself as a group of experienced car wash experts and car lovers who focus on precision and order. They aim to make having a clean car a weekly routine through an effective and efficient express tunnel experience.
