Instructors lead students of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Breathing Dragon Yoga holds a rating of 4.70 from the customers who have reviewed it.

The studio's approach rests on three core values: community, care, and courage. Breathing Dragon describes itself as a family rather than a gym or team, and family and community sit at the heart of how it operates. Its stated aim is to treat fitness as an opportunity for personal evolution rather than simply a shape, giving members tools to transform. Heat and yoga therapy are the studio's specialty, delivered in large, spacious, clean studio rooms using proprietary heating systems. The studio states that it hires instructors it considers the best, and that those instructors help students discover their potential. The story began in 2003, when Mori, then unhealthy, overweight, and over-stressed, saw a blue sign that spoke to her.

Breathing Dragon Yoga sits on Haddonfield Road, about 0.2 miles from the Carman Tilelli Community Center and the Cherry Hill Township Building, and a similar distance from Concentra Urgent Care. Garden State Park is roughly 0.3 miles away, and Wynnwood Avenue is about 0.3 miles from the studio.
