HMS Music

HMS Music is a music school in Camden, NJ, offering piano lessons to children and adults of all ages, from beginners through advanced students. Heidi Samuels-Hauss started HMS Music in September 2000, shortly after earning a Bachelor of Music in piano performance. Her own study of the piano began at age four at Settlement Music School, and by age nine she was accompanying her elementary school orchestra, continuing through middle and high school choirs and pit orchestras for various plays. She went on to study at The University of Delaware with an emphasis on teaching music, working intensely with professor and recording artist Michael Steinberg. During college she was active in the Music Teachers National Conference, Sigma Alpha Iota, honors societies, marching band, and small jazz ensembles, and she began teaching piano in her first year of college through the Community Music School and a local store off campus. She completed her degree with a major senior recital.

HMS Music is based in the heart of Gloucester Township, at 255 Hidden Drive in Blackwood, NJ. Online piano lessons are available to students anywhere across the country, while in-person lessons take place at the teacher's location or in the student's home.
