Performance Health Spine & Sport Therapy

Performance Health Spine & Sport Therapy is a Physical Therapist in Concord, NH. The practice provides musculoskeletal injury treatment and management for the general public, with a specific focus on sports injuries, overuse injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. Services include manual therapy, stability training, video analysis, orthotics, strength and conditioning, and analysis of running technique. The clinic addresses conditions such as neck and back pain, generalised joint problems, and issues related to work-related stresses.

The therapeutic approach prioritises identifying the root cause and predisposing factors of an injury to prevent recurrence. Rather than relying solely on passive treatment, the goal is to empower patients to manage their own recovery through guided self-help. This two-way agreement between therapist and patient aims for quick progress, even if incremental. When further investigation is required, the practice refers patients to experts in orthopaedics and sports injury for advanced diagnostics such as ultrasound and MRI. The underlying principle is to resolve the issue effectively rather than maintaining a long-term dependency on frequent visits without successful outcomes.

Located at 91A N State St, the office is situated in the historic centre of Concord. It sits just steps from the Merrimack County Courthouse and the New Hampshire Historical Society. The Mary Baker Eddy House museum is also within a short walking distance, as are the New Hampshire State Library and the Concord Library. This central location places the practice in close proximity to the state's major civic and cultural institutions.

The business holds a perfect 5.00 rating based on customer reviews. This positive feedback reflects the satisfaction of patients who have received care for their musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. The high rating stands as a testament to the effective management and long-term solutions provided by the therapy team in the Concord area.
