Affordable Family Storage

Affordable Family Storage is a storage facility in Omaha, Nebraska, at 5646 North 90th Street. The company has been in the self-storage business since opening its first facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in 2014, and has grown to 18 climate controlled storage facilities across Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Illinois. Its buildings typically range from 65,000 to 105,000 square feet and hold anywhere from 480 to 900 indoor storage units and lockers. When the company buys an old, vacant building, it modernizes the exterior and renovates the interior into a self storage facility with 24/7 video surveillance. Available units include drive-up units for quick loading and unloading, climate controlled interior units that shield belongings from the elements, and gated access. Packing supplies, dollies, and handcarts are kept on-site, and units are accessible 12 hours per day. On-site managers focus on customer service, easy move-ins and move-outs, and operating a clean, safe building. The Omaha location on North 90th Street sits near the intersection with Fort Street, about a tenth of a mile from North 90th Street, a quarter mile from Blair High Road, and roughly half a mile from both Redman Plaza Park and the Milton R Abrahams Branch Library. The facility holds a rating of 4.50, reflecting positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it. For Omaha residents who need room for household goods, business inventory, or a vehicle, Affordable Family Storage offers climate controlled and drive-up units on North 90th Street.
