Click Family Healthcare is a medical clinic in Kearney, Nebraska, operating on a membership-based direct primary care model. The clinic was founded and is owned by John R. Jacobsen, MD, a board certified family practice physician. He grew up in Merna, worked more than 10 years as an agricultural banker before applying to medical school, and wanted to practice family medicine in a rural setting. After residency he spent over 10 years in private practice in Geneva, Nebraska, caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, and providing obstetrical services including cesarean sections, upper and lower endoscopies, in-hospital and in-clinic minor surgical procedures, hospital inpatient care and emergency room services. He served as hospital chief of staff, was medical director of a nursing home, and was medical director of a hospital outpatient senior behavioral health program. He later moved to Omaha as chief medical officer of a start-up primary care center before returning to direct patient care. The clinic's team describes its approach as treating the whole person rather than a single symptom or illness.

The clinic is located on West 48th Street, about half a mile from Fountain Hills Park and roughly the same distance from the Nebraskaland Centre and Archway Village. Second Avenue is about 0.4 miles away, West 39th Street about 0.6 miles, and First Baptist Church about 0.7 miles.
