The business caters weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, business luncheans, school events, church functions, and county fairs, including the Cass, Otoe, and Sarpy County Fairs. In addition to full-service catering, Take'em Catering operates a food truck for events of all sizes. They also cater corporate lunches and game day sports parties.

The menu is built around fresh ingredients and is fully customizable. Main courses cover beef, poultry, pork, fish and seafood, and vegetarian options, with side dishes ranging from pasta salad to a fresh medley of vegetables. Breakfast service includes sweet items like crepes, pancakes, waffles, cinnamon rolls, and pecan rolls, along with yogurt, oatmeal, a variety of egg dishes, and Southern-style options such as biscuits and gravy, grits, and country ham. A featured Mexican taco bar rounds out the menu.

The catering process follows a structured path. Customers first submit a Request a Quote form, where menu pricing, service fees, delivery fees, and staffing fees are discussed. Tax is not included and gratuity is at the customer's discretion. After the quote is agreed upon, a Schedule an Event form is used to finalize event location, date, time, and guest count. Smaller events require a 48 to 72 hour notice, while larger events such as weddings need more lead time. Past clients have praised the freshness of the food, the professionalism of the service, and the willingness of Phillip and the team to accommodate last-minute changes.

Take'em Catering of Bellevue holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.
