Handyman Mark

Handyman Mark is a handyman and home remodeling business in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Serving Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point, the company has worked throughout the Triad since 2021. Its remodeling and construction work covers home remodels and additions, bathrooms, kitchens, basement conversions, attic finishing, sunrooms, patios and decks, and custom storage. On the maintenance and repair side, it handles wood rot repair, TV and entertainment system installation, power washing, pet wear and tear, water damage repair, and shelving and storage installation. The business holds a rating of 5.00 from the customers who have reviewed it.

Handyman Mark approaches projects by listening to homeowners from the start of the engagement and customizing a solution for each job. It uses AutoCAD to render illustrations for custom-built components and room remodels, so clients can see the end result before work begins. The company commits to completing projects in a timely manner to limit the inconvenience of being unable to use a space. Workmanship is warranted for one year after a job closes, with certain restrictions, and the standard manufacturer product warranty applies to products and materials the company provides; owner-supplied materials are not covered.

The business is located on Clinard Ave. Perryman Branch, a creek, runs about 0.1 miles away. South Little League is roughly half a mile from the location, as are West Clemmonsville Road and South Main Street. Konnoak Village is about 0.6 miles away, and Peters Creek Parkway lies about 0.7 miles off.

That 5.00 rating reflects a run of satisfied customers, one of whom described Mark as someone worth recommending for anything he is involved in, and another who cited excellent, quality work and great customer service. For Winston-Salem homeowners weighing a kitchen, bath or deck project against a repair list, that record is the draw.
