Mack Maids approaches each job with what it describes as an A-B-C process. The team first assesses a home or office room by room, from ceiling to baseboards, and provides a detailed cleaning plan. Before deep cleaning, staff move as much furniture as possible while leaving large and immobile pieces in place. The cleaning itself covers scouring, scrubbing, and polishing to remove dust, dirt, and allergens. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and floors are among the areas covered, and the team follows a basic checklist while accommodating extra requests clients add during their scheduled hours. Laundry and dishes are also handled.

The company has been in business five years, and its staff brings more than 265 years of combined experience. Mack Maids is insured and bonded, and every team member goes through background checks before joining. Its stated mission is to keep service affordable while giving its workers an environment they want to stay in.

For Pinehurst and the surrounding Sandhills, Mack Maids brings a background-checked, insured crew and a room-by-room cleaning plan to homes and offices alike.
