Foothills Tree Maintenance LLC

Foothills Tree Maintenance LLC is a tree service in Morganton, NC. The business holds a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews. It serves residential and commercial clients with tree pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, and land clearing.

The team is led by Kevin Walker, a certified and licensed arborist who has been climbing trees since he was young and works alongside his two sons. Together, the Walker family brings more than fifty years of combined experience in tree pruning and trimming, supported by a long-time staff of six full-time employees. Foothills Tree Maintenance keeps its tools and heavy machinery updated on a five-year cycle so that jobs are not slowed by equipment failures. The crews are described as resourceful climbers who take on work others turn down because their gear cannot reach the tree, and they finish every job with a careful cleanup of all debris, with the option for customers to keep the wood for firewood if they prefer. Services extend beyond pruning and removal to include tree diagnosis, tree cabling and bracing, stump grinding and removal, tree sanitation, and emergency care. The arborists also advise clients on lightening branch tips ahead of heavy snow to prevent costly damage.

The business is licensed and insured, and estimates can be left at the door when a customer is not home. Foothills Tree Maintenance works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available on request.
