Led by Dr. Olsen, who began his dental career in 1985 in northern Utah, the team places and restores implants in-house so patients avoid referrals. Dr. Olsen completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University and earned his Doctorate of Dental Science from Northwestern University. After visiting his sister in Davidson, he moved to Huntersville in 2005 with his wife, Missy, to start a new practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Association, and has completed advanced cosmetic dentistry courses.

The practice uses 3D imaging to build personalized Invisalign treatment plans, giving patients a preview of their results before treatment begins. For veneers, the process includes an exam, digital scans, and a treatment plan, and the practice offers commitment-free cosmetic consultations. Sedation options are available to help anxious patients through treatment in a relaxed state. Emergency visits include necessary X-rays, a limited exam, and a treatment plan. The practice describes its philosophy as patient-centered, with time taken to listen to concerns, explain treatment options, and find choices that fit a patient's budget.
