The family’s vision expanded in 1985 with the establishment of a funeral home in Swansboro, followed by additional facilities in Holly Ridge in 1991 and Richlands in 1994. In 1994, Jones Funeral Home met a critical community need by installing the first and only crematory in Onslow County. By 1998, an entirely new and larger funeral home was constructed in Jacksonville to better serve the community.
