Dishes include Turkish beef meatballs with lemon labneh, honey, rosemary walnuts and grilled pita; panko crusted ahi tuna with housemade chorizo, creamy corn, wilted greens and chive oil; Mediterranean tapas; heirloom tomato flatbread; pecan crusted trout; wood-fire grilled salmon; rotisserie chicken with mojo verde; and paprika dusted pan-seared scallops. Desserts are housemade by the restaurant's pastry chefs, among them peach crumble pie, vanilla bean creme brulee, chocolate torte and mixed berry crostata.

The restaurant is part of Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels, which began in April 1988 when Dennis and Nancy Quaintance partnered with Mike Weaver. The company opened the O.Henry Hotel and Green Valley Grill in 1998. In November 2016 the company became 100 percent owned by its more than 600 staff members, making it one of a few employee-owned restaurant and hotel companies in the country. Green Valley Grill is the only restaurant in Greensboro to receive the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, and it has been named among the Top 100 Most Beloved Restaurants in America.
