Shane Vinson now leads the company, which continues to work to the same standards set before it. The team describes its approach as pairing quality workmanship with close collaboration with customers to meet each project's needs, and it offers free estimates. The company's stated strengths include quality materials, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable staff, along with 35 years of experience. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 1pm, with Saturday and Sunday closed. For auto glass, technicians travel to the customer rather than requiring a shop visit.

The office is located at 901 US 117 S Bypass in Goldsboro.

Customers describe the work as prompt and the staff as polite, with repairs completed in a timely manner, and several reviewers note they would return for future glass work.
