Cullasaja River

Cullasaja River RV Park is an RV park in Franklin, North Carolina, established in 1982 and open all year. It offers daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates, with campsites that have 30/50 amp service and full hookups. Sites are available on and off the river, and the park accommodates big rigs and provides high speed WIFI. The campground is family friendly and hosts activities including fishing, tubing and kayaking, bingo and card nights, craft days, camper breakfasts and dinners on alternating weeks, and themed parties and events. It was named the Visit Smokies 2025 & 2026 People's Choice Campground of the Year.

The park sits on Highlands Road, about a third of a mile from the Cullasaja River and half a mile from Highlands Road itself. Lickskillet Branch and Shansfield Branch are each roughly six tenths of a mile away, while Corundum Hill and Dills Knob rise about eight and nine tenths of a mile from the grounds.

With year-round operation since 1982, a People's Choice Campground of the Year award, and full-hookup sites along the Cullasaja River, the park gives Franklin campers a riverside base for fishing, tubing, and seasonal stays.
