Zanthia Hastings of Real Broker

Zanthia Hastings of Real Broker is a real estate agent in Charlotte, NC. Zanthia Hastings and her team serve buyers and sellers across the greater Charlotte area, working with first-time buyers, sellers pricing and marketing a home, and clients searching for new construction. Hastings holds the Broker Realtor, CRS, GRI, SFR and SRES designations under NC license 223580. The team also includes Kyra Bracey, Gary Clark and Taylor Holmes. Hastings and her team represent properties across the region, offering privacy and security, speed and efficiency, and drawing on years of full-time experience to understand both the mindset of buyers and sellers and the regional marketplace. Client reviews describe her market knowledge and her willingness to explain not just what is happening but why, her responsiveness and patience in walking first-time buyers through the process, and her knowledge of renovation costs and what structural issues to look for. One client noted she secured multiple offers over asking price before the home was officially listed, and another that she arranged closings on both a sale and a purchase on the same day. She has maintained contact with clients years after their purchase. The office sits on East 36th Street in Charlotte, about a tenth of a mile from the NoDa neighborhood, the 36th Street train station, Charlotte Fire Department Station 7, Novant Health Primary Care NoDa and the NoDa Cloud Wall, and roughly two tenths of a mile from Little Sugar Creek. Hastings works with buyers and sellers throughout Charlotte, from first-time purchases to listing and marketing homes, backed by a record of more than 3,000 homes sold and a team that includes a licensed broker and additional agents.
