The business specializes in vacuum cleaner repair, sales, and maintenance, serving both residential and commercial clients. Established in Seabrook, NH, in 1978 as a family-owned repair shop, the company has expanded its services to include the sale of new and reconditioned vacuum cleaners from brands such as Miele, Oreck, and Sebo. The store offers a range of products including vacuum parts, accessories, bags, and filters. Additionally, the team provides service calls to homes for the installation and servicing of in-home central vacuum systems. The business operates with a focus on customer satisfaction, offering a 60-day exchange policy to ensure buyers find the right machine for their needs.

The approach to service is built on transparency and expertise. All repairs begin with a free estimate, allowing customers to choose which services to proceed with and understand the cost before any work begins. Repairs are backed by a one-year warranty, and express service options are available for urgent needs. The technicians recommend that homeowners have their vacuum cleaners serviced every three to five years to maintain performance, which involves a full disassembly, cleaning, and preventative motor maintenance. The store prioritizes high-quality products, with a preference for vacuums made in the USA, aiming for machines that last for generations with proper care. Pickup and delivery services are also offered to accommodate customers who cannot visit the store in person.

The Chapel Hill location sits on S Elliott Rd, just a short distance from several local landmarks. It is about a quarter mile from Pritchard Park and the Vernon Hills neighborhood. The Chapel Hill Public Library and Chapel Hill Fire Department Station 3 are both within a third of a mile, as is the Elliott Woods Apartments complex. East Franklin Street runs nearby, providing easy access for those driving to the store.

The long-standing history since 1978 and the family-owned nature of the business contribute to its reputation for reliable and honest service in the vacuum cleaner category.
