The team also includes Program Coordinator and Studio & Outreach Instructor Jessica Partridge, a Helena native with over 30 years of involvement in the Montanan dance and performing arts community, trained in ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, breakdance, and social dancing.

The organization is funded in part by The Montana Arts Council, an agency of the State Government, and the National Endowment for the Arts, under a contract with the Montana Council on Developmental Disabilities. Additional funding comes from coal severance taxes paid based upon coal mined in Montana and deposited in Montana's cultural and aesthetic projects trust fund.
