Triangle Trading Post

Triangle Trading Post is a thrift store in Starkville, MS, located at 13070 MS-182. It offers a marketplace of antiques, local art, handmade goods, furniture, and gifts, alongside hands-on classes and consignment opportunities. The store serves shoppers seeking unique items and vendors looking to display their work in a physical space. It holds a rating of 5.00 based on customer reviews.

Granville and Delise Barker built Triangle Trading Post to create a living local marketplace that feels distinct from generic gift shops or fixed antique rooms. The store operates on a vendor model where different sellers manage their own booths, causing the inventory to shift constantly as booths restock and new sellers join. Shoppers browse antiques, vintage pieces, and furniture with character, alongside local art, handmade goods, and one-of-a-kind finds. The selection includes gifts, home decor, and collectibles, with a focus on items that customers can see in person rather than searching for online.

The business also hosts hands-on classes, including stained glass workshops and Mahjong nights, which give visitors a reason to return. Recent vendor additions include Woodstock by Ken Martin, offering handcrafted wooden bowls and guitar cutting boards, and TS Designs, which sells handmade sterling silver spoon rings and vintage jewelry. The environment is designed for slow browsing, where customers might circle back to pick up an item they initially overlooked. The store runs on both sides, supporting shoppers who like to browse and vendors with good stuff to sell.

The business maintains a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the satisfaction of those who visit for the unique mix of vendors and the dynamic nature of the store. This reputation supports its role as a destination for people who enjoy the hunt for unexpected finds.

Triangle Trading Post brings together Starkville’s local artists and shoppers in a space where inventory changes and classes keep the experience fresh.
