Holifield Pest Management – Hattiesburg

Holifield Pest Management - Hattiesburg is a pest control company in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, at 2010 Oak Grove Rd. The company has protected Mississippi homes and businesses from pests since 1988, when it began as a single office in Laurel and grew into a five-location operation serving communities from Jones County to the Gulf Coast. Alongside Hattiesburg, it serves Laurel, Biloxi, Gulfport, Flowood, Brandon, and Ridgeland. Its licensed technicians handle ants, cockroaches, rodents, spiders, mosquitoes, termites, bed bugs, beetles, aphids, and stinging insects such as bees, wasps, and yellow jackets. The company holds QualityPro accreditation and Sentricon Certified Installer status, and it answers its phones 24 hours a day. It holds a rating of 4.90 from customer reviews.

Residential work includes one-time treatments and a quarterly general pest control plan, billed monthly, that covers Argentine ants, odorous house ants, boxelder bugs, Oriental cockroaches, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, crickets, earwigs, sowbugs, and spiders. The plan opens with an initial service visit aimed at gaining control of existing pest populations, runs as a one-year agreement, and includes complimentary re-services between visits. Ant control begins with identifying the species, locating the nest by baiting the ants, treating the nest with a pesticide matched to that species, and sealing the cracks and holes ants use to enter. Bed bug treatment targets bedding, curtains, and clothing. For stinging insects, the team removes and prevents nests and relocates bees where possible.

The company's stated approach emphasizes thorough inspections, targeted treatments, and a 24-hour guarantee under which technicians return at no charge if pests come back. It recommends preventative treatment at least twice a year and sealing entry points such as gaps around pipes and holes in screens and sills with caulk.

Holifield Pest Management - Hattiesburg has earned a 4.90 rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the reputation the company has built across central and south Mississippi since 1988.
