Vigilant Health's founders took over the clinic, and the relationship became the cornerstone of the program, with Southern Farm Bureau collaborating to translate the diabetes concepts into a model for an entire population. Vigilant Health has used interactive, real-time video as part of its clinical program for years, combining live audiovisual interactions among patients and care teams with in-person care, and using audiovisual encounters to collaborate with community physicians.
