She attended McNeese State University, where she was a member of the Cowgirl Kickers dance team for all four years. In college, she performed in The Nutcracker, Paquita, Cinderella, and La Fille Malle Garde with the Lake Charles Civic Ballet. She also performed with the Dallas Conservatory in Firebird. After college, she moved to Las Vegas to pursue professional dance, performing with Farrington Productions. She then continued her career with Greg Thompson Productions on the Gulf Coast at Grand Casinos, The Palace Casino, and Casino Magic. She opened Jess Dance Studio over 20 years ago to fulfill her passion for creating an inspiring, disciplined, and nurturing environment.

Office Manager Anna Clark handles day-to-day operations, logistics, and registering dancers for competitions. She welcomes and enrolls new students and keeps families organized and informed. Teacher Kaitlyn Chennault is from St. Ma.
