Environment Masters Plumbing and Air of Clinton

Environment Masters Plumbing and Air of Clinton is an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving Clinton, Mississippi and the greater Jackson area. The company handles heating and cooling work, plumbing repairs and installations including water heaters and sewer lines, and electrical service, with technicians trained to diagnose issues across all three systems. It has served the area since 1957 and holds a rating of 4.90.

The company was started in 1957 by Ray J. Nalty Jr. and has remained locally owned and family-run, with Raymond Nalty III serving as president since 1991. It has grown to more than 100 employees and 85 vehicles. Calls are answered by a live person 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and emergency service is available. The company installs Lennox, Trane, Mitsubishi, Honeywell, AO Smith, and Navien equipment, and has won the Lennox Award for most energy-efficient units installed for ten consecutive years, along with the same award for Trane systems. It received the Clarion-Ledger People's Choice Award for HVAC Service every year since 2015 and Best Plumber every year since 2016. Entergy Mississippi named it Outstanding Trade Ally of 2020 for the highest volume of HVAC rebates, and 98 percent of materials from each installation are recycled.

The Priority One Club membership provides priority scheduling, a 10 percent discount on parts and repairs, two precision tune-ups per year, reduced after-hours travel charges, and a choice of an annual plumbing or electrical inspection, along with credits toward system, generator, and water heater replacements. The company also offers financing to qualified customers and guarantees service within 24 hours of a call, waiving diagnostic fees if that window is missed.

Environment Masters Plumbing and Air of Clinton is located at 168 E Porter St in Clinton, Mississippi.

Its 4.90 rating reflects positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it, and more than six decades of continuous operation in the Jackson area back that record.
